The role
Lead quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data storytelling to drive CX product strategy and roadmap.
Form test hypotheses, validate opportunities, and propose actions that improve user experience and business KPIs.
Design and execute A/B and cohort analyses, explain the why behind results, and develop advanced test plans.
Maintain critical data artifacts and data lineage (ETL, models, queries) while building automated dashboards for monitoring.
Leverage visualization tools to track metrics, identify anomalies, and surface actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams, document findings, and mentor junior analysts as needed.
