The role
Develop, edit, and maintain precise technical documentation including SOPs, system design documents, user manuals, and developer guides.
Collaborate with software architects, developers, and product managers to translate complex technical details into clear, user-friendly content.
Work with account managers, regional process managers, and business analysts to capture operational requirements and convert them into end-user procedures.
Organize and update documentation to reflect latest software changes and architectural updates, ensuring consistency and easy navigation.
Review and edit materials for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; enforce documentation standards across teams.
Create user-centered content and provide training and support on documentation best practices and application usage.
