The role
Lead the electrical engineering function, owning end-to-end development of electrical products—from concept to flight qualification.
Drive design across power electronics, EMI, filtering, and avionics, including schematics, component selection, PCBA layout, prototyping, bring-up, and testing.
Collaborate with customers to clarify use cases, refine requirements, and define rigorous qualification plans with test engineering.
Ensure manufacturability, integrate DFM feedback, and support PLM, configuration management, and engineering workflows.
Recruit, mentor, and develop electrical engineers; participate in hiring and headcount planning; shape engineering culture and standards.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-driven early-stage environment, contributing across adjacent domains and influencing product direction.
