The role
Design scalable warehouse and fulfillment solutions in response to customer opportunities and RFPs.
Develop workflows across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to optimize throughput.
Build labor models, space plans, and material handling strategies to support growth and efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Real Estate, HR, and Operations to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Leverage data analytics and process engineering techniques to identify improvements and opportunities.
Evaluate automation and emerging technologies, support pricing strategy, and travel 25–50% for customer visits and validation.
