The role
Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML-powered features across consumer finance products in a hybrid, multi-office environment.
Design, implement, and maintain robust evaluation and ML Ops frameworks to enable rapid iteration and measurable performance.
Develop novel product experiences that leverage large-scale transaction data and scale across billions of interactions.
Own end-to-end delivery of ML features in collaboration with cross-functional teams, with clear articulation of business impact.
Provide technical mentorship and foster an environment where every team member can contribute to high-impact work.
Build scalable systems—such as transaction metadata generation, personalization features, and user feedback loops—to continually improve ML product quality.
