The role
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and processing frameworks that support analytics, experimentation, and decision-making.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness by establishing standards, validation processes, and monitoring.
Mentor and guide a team of data engineers, fostering strong technical craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Analytics, Infrastructure, and Engineering) to deliver end-to-end data solutions.
Drive the technical roadmap and architectural decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and long-term sustainability of data systems.
Promote secure and responsible data usage by complying with internal policies and external regulations, and by designing with security in mind.
