The role
Lead national commercial construction projects as a Traveling Superintendent, traveling to site locations to supervise field teams and ensure project alignment.
Requires 2+ years as a Construction Superintendent with a General Contractor background and willingness to travel out of town for extended periods.
Oversee field operations, coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and enforce safety procedures to achieve quality outcomes.
Maintain strong client-facing communication, presenting progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
Lead with integrity, mentorship, and a commitment to ongoing education to develop teams and drive project success.
