The role
Lead a dynamic operations team focused on advancing autonomous delivery technology through hands-on testing and commercialization.
Manage a PM shift (3:30-12:00 AM MST) onsite, coordinating field activities and ensuring safe, cost-efficient operations.
Serve as the escalation point for field incidents, providing on-site presence for high-severity issues.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders, balance business needs with safety, and track changes to autonomous systems.
Drive metrics, analyze complex situations, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and field teams at the Mesa hub with occasional duties in Chandler and Tempe, AZ.
