The role
Lead high-impact research initiatives to advance foundational, multimodal AI models in video and audio generation.
Design and run rigorous experiments to validate hypotheses, optimize model behavior, and measure real-world performance.
Translate theoretical insights into robust, production-ready implementations and scalable architectures.
Develop novel model architectures and training methodologies that push state-of-the-art in generative AI.
Partner with ML engineers to scale models and integrate them into product ecosystems, shaping the research roadmap.
Communicate findings through documentation, internal collaboration, and external talks or publications when appropriate.
