The role
The Civil Project Engineer will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites.
Responsibilities include site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design, plus preparing civil plans and technical documents.
Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental assessments to support project planning and regulatory compliance.
Develop engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates while coordinating with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
Support project schedules, budgets, and resource management to keep initiatives on track.
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related tools, plus excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
