The role
Full-time corporate associate position in Washington, DC.
Engage in mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracting, and general transactional matters.
Support all facets of a busy corporate practice, from drafting to deal execution.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of corporate/transactional experience and strong attention to detail.
Admission to the DC bar or the ability to waive-in is required.
A strong work ethic and proactive approach are essential to succeed in this role.
