The role
Lead mergers & acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions for a diverse client base, including public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.
Direct and manage due diligence teams, coordinate with specialists, and drive end-to-end transaction processes.
Draft, negotiate, and review complex corporate and commercial agreements to align with client objectives.
Advise on general corporate governance and compliance matters to support ongoing business operations.
Collaborate across a national platform with cross-functional teams, managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Requirements: 3-6 years of corporate law experience with a focus on M&A, strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, and active bar admission.
