The role
Join a fast-paced ML-for-personalization team to design, implement, and scale production-ready software powering ML models and offline experiments.
Build robust systems for training and serving models, enabling offline experiments and A/B testing at scale.
Collaborate with ML researchers, product managers, and engineers to prototype new architectures and improve existing ones.
Apply strong software engineering practices, mentor teammates, and drive reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Proficient in Python; comfortable with Scala, Java, C++, or C#; experience with Spark or Flink and large-scale data workflows.
Contribute to personalization platforms and ML tooling, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and platforms.
