The role
Lead the machine learning agenda, shaping roadmaps and delivering high-impact features that personalize user experiences at scale.
Own ML infrastructure for training and inference, enabling reliable, efficient production models across large datasets.
Drive product-focused ML initiatives such as Personalization/Recommendation, Identity Resolution, and Content Generation using LLMs.
Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business problems into measurable ML outcomes and metrics.
Build and grow an engineering ML team, focusing on recruiting, mentorship, and high engagement while maintaining reliability and incident hygiene.
Balance pragmatic trade-offs, maintain high technical standards, and advocate for scalable, observable ML systems.
