The role
Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team delivering analytical insights, scalable ML pipelines, and LLM-powered solutions for cross-functional business teams.
Drive automation, standardization, and best practices in LLM workflows, including fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment.
Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and foundational models, guiding build-vs-buy decisions with Engineering and Platform partners.
Deliver impactful metrics, dashboards, and insights on core foundations like dataset management, content security and risk mitigation, and media orchestration.
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Platform teams to define strategy, roadmaps, and scalable data solutions balancing prototypes and long-term architecture.
Communicate complex technical concepts and project impact to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
