The role
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements (NDA, MSA, Order Forms, SLAs) with a focus on vendors and strategic partnerships.
Collaborate with procurement, information security, privacy, finance, and other internal teams to manage contracting processes and risk.
Define, manage, and improve vendor contracting processes, terms playbooks, policies, and CLM tools.
Provide data-driven insights on vendor contracts to legal leadership and business partners.
Maintain strong relationships with internal clients and external vendors, customers, and partners.
Support training on contracting standards, regulatory landscape, and procurement-related processes.
