The role
An electrician is responsible for undertaking electrical installations, servicing, inspection and testing, fault rectification and maintenance of electrical systems within residential properties. The role involves working in both occupied and vacant homes, ensuring high-quality standards in compliance with current IET Wiring Regulations. Candidates should possess relevant qualifications including NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems, inspection and testing certifications, and current BS 7671 accreditation. A full UK manual driving licence is required. The position covers a patch involving Coventry, Hinckley, Northampton and Leicestershire, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to housing maintenance services.
