The role
Lead, manage, and develop a team of Security Engineers and Technical Program Managers responsible for GenAI AppSec across AI-powered services.
Define and evolve GenAI security review processes, prioritizing secure LLM integrations, prompt engineering workflows, and safe model deployments.
Collaborate with data science, ML engineering, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable GenAI programs.
Improve internal programs for GenAI security reviews - threat modeling, secure prompt design, and model security assessments - while mentoring staff.
Drive adoption of GenAI-specific security tooling, automation, and governance to scale security reviews and reduce risk.
Stay current on emerging GenAI threats (prompt injection, model poisoning, data leakage) and contribute to the organization's AI security and privacy strategy.
