The role
You will build and maintain iOS apps using Swift and SwiftUI with AI as a core interaction layer. You will integrate AI-powered features through backend APIs and design UX patterns for loading states, streaming responses, retries, and fallbacks. You will optimize performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency while capturing user feedback to guide AI iteration. You will collaborate with backend and ML engineers on API design and system behavior to ensure reliability and maintainability. You will ship and maintain production iOS apps, focusing on latency, partial failure handling, and user trust in AI. Experience with CoreML or on-device ML and feature flags/remote configuration will help you thrive in this role.
