The role
Join a fast-moving team to build core ML systems that understand context across conversations and carry work forward over time.
Own components across data handling, training, evaluation, and inference, and fine-tune models as part of larger production pipelines.
Create evaluation and testing to understand model behavior and debug issues in production, including incidents and performance problems.
Develop and maintain data pipelines with real-world and synthetic data to support robust ML systems.
Ship iterative improvements, learn from user feedback, and collaborate with senior ML engineers and product teams.
Work under production constraints such as latency, cost, reliability, and safety, with a bias toward shipping and ownership.
