The role
The PR & Influencer Manager at Debenhams leads the development and execution of influencer marketing and PR plans to strengthen brand presence and achieve commercial goals. The role involves planning integrated influencer campaigns, managing talent relationships, overseeing team activities, and ensuring campaign success through KPI measurement. The manager will also define and implement PR strategies that support broader brand and marketing initiatives, maintaining media relations and securing coverage. Leading, coaching, and developing the PR & Influencer team is essential, alongside managing budgets and enhancing stakeholder engagement. The position requires experience in fashion, beauty, or retail influencer and PR activities, along with strong network and leadership skills.
