The role
A legal professional with expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, legal risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance will be responsible for supporting supply chain agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and producing legal documents and reports. The role requires a qualified solicitor with strong commercial skills, good academic credentials, and UK practice rights. Experience in manufacturing and production environments is advantageous. The incumbent will provide legal guidance on contractual matters, review and prepare legal documents, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Technical skills include contract management, legal research, and document review, supported by solid interpersonal skills.
