The role
Provide legal guidance on federal, state, and local laws affecting projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, licensing, and labor responsibilities are met.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and subcontractor agreements, including flow-downs, change orders, and amendments.
Develop and maintain master service agreements to support rapid response and resilient supply chain operations.
Advise on contract interpretation, risk allocation, insurance, warranty claims, and support dispute avoidance and, when needed, litigation strategy and management of outside counsel.
Collaborate with finance on project invoicing, pricing, revenue realization, forecasting, and audit coordination.
Partner with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen client engagements, and elevate contract execution in the energy generation sector.
