The role
Join a dynamic in-house contracts team supporting complex non-contentious construction and commercial projects.
Provide practical advice on contract terms, risk assessment, and negotiation for professional consultancy services.
Review and draft contracts, NDA review, and industry-standard or government agreements, including NEC PSC and framework arrangements.
Support tender stages, advise senior management, and contribute to risk-based decision making.
Collaborate with project managers, deliver training, and assist in supervising a solicitor apprentice.
Hybrid work in Leeds required, with flexibility and clear progression opportunities, including AI-enabled tools.
