The role
Licensed Physical Therapist:
Evaluates patient functional status and physical therapy needs. Conducts comprehensive physical assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and implements evidence-based interventions. Collaborates with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. Documents patient progress and reports changes in condition. Treats patients to relieve pain
