The role
Lead and execute designs for municipal water and wastewater projects with moderate to high complexity, including treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and pump stations.
Review drafts and reports for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and sign off on final designs.
Perform water quality analyses and modeling to inform design decisions and optimize system performance.
Develop technical documentation, contribute to knowledge sharing, and deliver high-quality design deliverables.
Collaborate with sales and clients to prepare proposals and respond to RFPs, and attend conferences to enhance service visibility.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, and supervise project staff as needed; travel up to 10%.
