The role
Luma AI seeks a pragmatic full stack engineer to develop internal dashboards and visualisation tools using React, Next.js, and Tailwind, aiming to support AI research and development. The role involves collaborating with research teams, translating their needs into user interfaces, and maintaining web applications that visualise complex model data. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with React, building polished UI components independently, and a strong attention to detail for creating consumer-quality internal tools. They must be adaptable to vague requirements, capable of rapid development, and possess good communication skills. Additional backend knowledge of Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL and familiarity with AI coding tools are advantageous.
