The role
Lead a finance team supporting the P&C Go-to-Market function, overseeing P&L management, forecasting, and strategic advisory.
Develop and execute the financial strategy to enable long-range planning and informed decision-making for senior leadership.
Own financial operations, controls, risk management, and regulatory oversight to ensure compliant, efficient performance.
Drive identification and communication of technology requirements and oversee select projects.
Build and lead a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and ensure effective governance and execution.
