The role
Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership to support business objectives and manage regulatory, compliance, and litigation risk.
Lead complex, high-impact assignments and collaborate across business units and the Chief Legal Office.
Communicate clear legal positions on highly complex issues to diverse stakeholders, in writing and verbally.
Monitor legal developments and advise leadership on regulatory changes, emerging risks, and potential solutions.
Mentor junior attorneys and supervise outside counsel to deliver timely, cost-effective legal services.
Guide cross-functional projects with material impact and ensure risk controls align with company policies.
