The role
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior executives, shaping long-term talent strategy and workforce planning.
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners to deliver integrated, data-driven solutions across functions.
Drive large-scale organizational transformations, operating model changes, and future-skills planning to boost agility and performance.
Leverage advanced analytics and external benchmarks to anticipate workforce needs, identify skill gaps, and inform talent investments.
Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture, mentor talent, and collaborate with Finance and HR Centers of Excellence to optimize resources and cost management.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive leaders, influence strategic decisions, and champion HR programs aligned with business objectives.
