The role
A senior project accountant is responsible for overseeing financial activities across multiple projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves working closely with project managers and senior stakeholders to drive financial accountability, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will produce detailed monthly reports, manage financial controls, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. They need to possess experience in project controlling, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and Excel. Effective communication, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are essential.
