The role
A Business Analyst position involves supporting the deployment of a Transport Management System within an Agile team, acting as a liaison between logistics operations and technical teams. The successful candidate will lead process mapping workshops to define current and future states of transport workflows, translating stakeholder needs into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria. They will also perform gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and suggest solutions aligned with business goals, contributing to agile ceremonies and backlog management using Jira and Confluence. Candidates are expected to have experience with TMS projects, logistics or supply chain expertise, and proficiency with analysis tools. Strong communication skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
