The role
Design, develop, test, and productize AI/ML algorithms to address business challenges.
Build scalable model architectures and manage data pipelines, training, retraining, deployment, and monitoring.
Apply statistical analysis and evaluation protocols to drive continual model improvement.
Collaborate with software, data engineering, and governance teams to deliver robust, compliant solutions.
Lead geographically diverse teams on AI initiatives and serve as a primary point of contact for AI matters.
Proficiency in Python, Java, C, and R, plus experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and a strong grasp of software architecture.
