The role
Responsible for financial analysis and operational support across site functions, focusing on vendor payables accuracy and labor efficiency.
Audit vendor payables and ensure proper approvals prior to payment, and manage daily contract requirements with appropriate documentation.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Kronos setup to ensure accurate hourly activity reporting and workforce analytics.
Provide analytical support to managers and supervisors, coordinate with Accounting and Commercial Finance for operational insights, and assist with month-end close, accruals, and journal entries.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, reconcile purchase orders, and deliver daily/weekly labor analysis for productivity reviews.
Own balance sheet reconciliations (black-line) and contribute to performance metrics aligned with customer, vendor, and site requirements.
