Seeking an experienced broker to join a growth-focused team and leverage established systems to expand their book of business.
Lead by example with active production, exceptional client service, and consistent deal execution.
Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, training, and agent development while mentoring newer agents.
Support recruiting conversations and help set standards for contracts, negotiations, and client communications.
Contribute to training sessions, improve processes, and ensure accuracy through transaction reviews.
