Lead end-to-end ML initiatives to drive data-informed decisions and personalized experiences at scale.
Develop and train cutting-edge ML models leveraging platform activity and trends to deliver relevant recommendations.
Design scalable ML pipelines and inference services with robust MLOps practices and deployment readiness.
Build robust experimentation frameworks (A/B tests) to accelerate iteration while preserving scientific rigor.
Translate insights into actionable business recommendations and tell compelling data stories to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, overseeing project planning, technical decisions, and code reviews.
