The role
Medical Communications Officer:
Coordinates ambulance coverage, responds to emergency and non-emergency calls, and manages flight teams.
Requires EMD certification, first aid, BLS, and medical terminology knowledge.
Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and dispatch software.
Strong communication, problem-solving
