The role
Provide legal guidance to management and project teams in contracts, IP (trademarks and copyrights), acquisitions, and corporate governance.
Assist with privacy, compliance, litigation, and government procurement matters.
Draft and review contracts with clients, partners, subcontractors, and vendors; assess RFPs for risk and mitigation.
Prepare corporate governance documents and advise on policies and regulatory compliance.
Manage outside counsel for administrative matters, litigation, and specialized research projects.
Requires a law degree, bar admission, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a hybrid work arrangement with periodic in-office presence.
