The role
A legal professional is sought to manage a range of commercial agreements, including software licenses, NDAs, and partnership contracts, whilst providing strategic legal advice to various internal teams. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, developing contract templates, and supporting compliance and policy updates. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams, assisting with IP and litigation issues, and monitoring industry regulations to ensure legal adherence. Candidates should possess a qualified solicitor status in England & Wales with at least four years' experience in commercial contracts, IT, and digital law. In-house experience and a strong knowledge of GDPR frameworks, IP, and digital solutions are highly desirable. The position requires pragmatic and commercially savvy individuals capable of building effective relationships across technical and business units.
