The role
Seek a seasoned Staff Data Analytics professional to derive actionable CX insights from billions of data points to guide customer-centric decisions.
Create and deliver new customer experience metrics and insights to optimize the shopping journey.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, program managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to turn data into decisions.
Own the end-to-end reporting lifecycle—weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and leadership-ready analyses.
Leverage big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to transform raw data into strategy.
Demonstrate expert SQL (6+ years) and use Python or R for advanced analytics; strong communication and critical thinking are essential.
