The role
Provide legal counsel on complex technology and transactional matters, focusing on data, software, and trade secret licensing, IP rights, and related agreements.
Lead negotiations, drafting, and review of technology licenses, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other IP-related contracts.
Oversee due diligence, risk assessments, and strategic advisory for technology transactions, collaborating with internal partners and external counsel.
Develop templates and self-service tools to streamline legal operations and enable scalable, business-focused support.
Advise on AI-related risks and regulatory compliance (including export controls) affecting licensing and data use.
Work cross-functionally with management and external partners to protect intellectual property assets and drive value.
