The role
Lead the full-cycle estimating process for occupied-space reconstruction projects in a dynamic environment.
Perform site inspections, review blueprints and specifications, and generate detailed scopes of work using Procore and EB.
Calculate quantities and costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors; obtain and analyze quotes for competitiveness.
Assess safety hazards, select means and methods, and ensure estimates meet market pricing and SLA targets.
Collaborate with account management to explain estimates to clients, and participate in pitches to convert estimates into revenue.
Own projects end-to-end, expand local subcontractor and supplier networks, and maintain regular estimating software communications.
