The role
Own and drive customer POCs from initial scoping through final evaluation.
Define POC scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics with customers, serving as the primary contact.
Collaborate with Engineering to support setup, testing, and validation, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Operations to align requirements with internal capabilities and unblock dependencies.
Lead the transition from successful POCs to commercial agreements, including pricing discussions and onboarding to production.
Build trusted relationships to foster long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.
