The role
Partner directly with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to shape organisational design, leadership capability and culture.
Shape and deliver a forward-thinking People strategy aligned to rapid growth and international expansion.
Build and embed scalable HR foundations, including performance frameworks, reward structures and succession planning.
Lead talent strategy and strengthen employer brand to attract and retain top talent across markets.
Coach and develop senior leaders to build a strong leadership bench; drive engagement and wellbeing.
Provide confident guidance on complex people matters and organisational change within a high-growth environment.
