The role
As a Staff Data Scientist on GeminiApp, you will be a key partner shaping product strategy through data-driven insights.
You will translate ambiguous questions into well-defined problems, design experiments, and analyze large complex datasets.
You will develop novel, goal-oriented metrics and deploy ML models to understand users and personalize experiences.
You will communicate findings to stakeholders, influence executive decisions, and champion a data-driven culture.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and UX, and guide junior team members to ensure high-quality, impactful work.
You will balance business impact with user trust and privacy, contributing to accountability across multiple teams.
