The role
Own and operate Kubernetes-based infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure to support CRM Analytics workloads.
Design, deploy, and upgrade production Kubernetes clusters with a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
Partner with development teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and self-service infrastructure automation.
Harden clusters, implement comprehensive monitoring and auditing dashboards, and enforce best practices.
Drive service migrations to production Kubernetes environments and manage SLAs during cloud migration.
Provide on-call support for production systems and lead cross-functional improvements in operations.
