The role
Design, implement, and optimize automated business process blueprints using platform capabilities to transform manual workflows into scalable automation.
Partner with customer-facing teams to map requirements, identify inefficiencies, and uncover opportunities for automation.
Build blueprints and workflow automations with current features, collaborating with AI agents and prompting tools to craft automated solutions.
Validate, test, and iterate blueprints for accuracy, performance, and consistency, and document architecture and rollout guidelines.
Provide actionable feedback to product managers on feature gaps and enhancements to support scale.
Drive rollout enablement, measure impact with data, and aim for time-to-value and adoption across teams and customers.
