The role
Lead and coordinate global AI research programs across time zones, from planning to production readiness.
Establish governance, milestones, and delivery metrics while surfacing risks early to maintain reliability.
Bridge research and product by guiding evaluation and handover of research outputs into product features.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and schedules, enabling smooth collaboration across ANZ, Europe, and the US.
Coordinate experiments, data needs, and model training cycles, balancing speed with responsible AI trade-offs.
Mentor peers and uplift delivery practices, fostering transparency, trust, and scalable delivery across the organization.
