The role
Join a 2-year Rotational Intensive Specialized Experience (RISE) program as an Electrical Design Engineer, rotating through four six-month assignments in NPD, QA, testing, and simulation.
Provide engineering support for new product introductions and processes, ensuring adherence to NPD procedures and robust documentation.
Develop design concepts and feasibility studies, select components and equipment based on specs, reliability, and regulatory requirements.
Actively participate in New Product Development discussions, contribute design input to reduce time to market, and present outcomes at rotation ends.
Analyze equipment, run tests, evaluate results, and help ensure designs are cost-efficient, manufacturable, and reliable; assist vendor capability evaluations.
Collaborate across functions, interact with customers when needed, and benefit from leadership development, mentorship, and opportunities to network with senior leadership.
