The role
Lead the analytical strategy for a major product area, identifying high-leverage opportunities and aligning executives around data-driven priorities.
Define and drive org-wide analytical roadmaps to ensure metric integrity and rigorous experimentation across product domains.
Scale impact by developing and applying frameworks for experimentation, causal analysis, and metric design that span multiple teams.
Serve as a trusted partner to senior product, engineering, and business leaders, proactively defining success measures and informing strategy.
Push analytical innovation with advanced statistical modeling and AI-assisted analytics to improve customer outcomes and business impact.
Mentor and develop junior data scientists, elevating analytical thinking and storytelling across the team.
